 EXIT Reliance Realty Participates in Habitat for Humanity Build 9/22/2006Danvers, Massachusetts September, 22nd 2006 -- 75 REALTOR’s from EXIT Realty offices recently participated in the ground breaking and first wall raising of a home being built on Governors Drive Reading, MA. The home is being built in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity, Greater Lowell Chapter. EXIT Realty will continue to work on the home daily until completed. The key presentation ceremony is scheduled for December 10, 2006.
EXIT Realty Corp International has built several homes throughout the United States and Canada over the past few years and donated $250,000.00 to the Katrina fund last year. A portion of every transaction completed through EXIT Realty is pooled and contributed to Habitat for Humanity annually. In 2006 EXIT participated in 4 Habitat builds: two in Canada, one in Georgia and this one in Reading, MA. Habitat for Humanity is EXIT’s charity of choice – helping people obtain the American dream of home ownership.

| | |  EXIT Realty Supports The Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute9/7/2006Danvers, MA, 07 September 2006 – EXIT Realty of New England will present The Jimmy Fund with a donation which was a result of the Second Annual Golf Classic held this week at the Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA. The tournament and silent auction raised money for breast cancer research.
The funds from last year’s tournament went to Juvenile Diabetes.
Since 1983, the Jimmy Fund Golf Program has provided individuals and businesses the opportunity to support critical cancer research and patient care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through participation in their favorite pastime – golf.
The Jimmy Fund supports the fight and is helping to raise the chances of survival for children and adults with cancer around the world. Since 1948, thousands of events, coupled with the generosity of millions of people, have helped the Jimmy Fund save countless lives by furthering cancer research and care at Dana-Farber.

USA presented a donation which was a result of this spring’s Second Annual Habitat for Humanity Walk sponsored by EXIT Realty of New England.
Habitat for Humanity is the charity of choice for EXIT International across the country as well as EXIT Realty of New England. Having built homes Internationally and donating $250,0000.00 to the fund to rebuild homes in New Orleans in 2005 they will continue to support the charity by building four homes this year: two in Canada, one in Georgia and one here in Reading, Massachusetts this September.
This is possible because a percentage of every transaction done with EXIT Realty goes towards this fund. We believe in making the American Dream affordable.
The funds from last years walk went to the North Shore Chapter to fund windows for a build in Salem, Massachusetts.

A letter received from The Salvation Army Staff read: On behalf of The Salvation Army and our program participants, I would like to personally thank you for your donation of new chairs for our brand new Salem facility. The Salvation Army has been proud to serve the people of Salem since 1884. Now, as we put the finishing touches on our new building we are excited about what the future holds for us.
Each year The Salvation Army serves literally hundreds of families in Salem and Beverly through our family service bureau. These families come to us in need of food, housing, and utility assistance. Last year we assisted 1,460 families with these basic necessities throughout the year.
